Mannum Album

Purpose built to reduce the environmental impact and erosion caused by permanent moorings on the river, the marina basin comprises 156 houseboat berths averaging 10m width and all a generous 39 metres in length. Each berth is fully equipped with water, power and waste disposal services and has vehicular access. Benefited by community titling and on-site care and maintenance, the marina is privately gated and secured for peace of mind. Ongoing development plans include a boat maintenance area and facilities, boat ramp, refuelling station and designated vehicle parking areas. Outside of the secured area casual overnight mooring is available and Unforgettable Houseboats, one of South Australia’s most highly regarded houseboat charter companies, has dedicated marina space, with future plans for an office base on site.[/two_third]

Wetlands Album

With such an incredible setting, of utmost importance is the conservation of the ecosystem, allowing animal and bird life to thrive and ensuring the spectacular environment is preserved for all of those calling this home. Native revegetation is ongoing with approximately 70 hectares proposed to be dedicated to wetland and reserve conservation areas. Already a haven for a wide variety of water birds and wildlife, this extensive network of carefully planned waterways and scrubland, separated from residential areas by flood barriers, is set to provide a sanctuary for generations to come. Interconnecting walking and cycling trails with controlled access are being developed to allow residents to explore this  wonderful environment.[/two_third]
